Cornelia Bățăuș is a primary education teacher at the Secondary School Constantin Brancusi, Bucharest, Romania.
She is a Microsoft MIE Expert 2019-2020, Mystery Skype Master, Global Winner MIF 2019. She is honored to join as a Cohort 4 #TeachSDGs Ambassador!
Cornelia has been teaching for 27 years. She loves to work with children to discover with them new things, new teaching methods. In Romania she teaches the same students for 5 years from zero (the first year of school) to fourth grade. After the fifth year she begins again with a new group of students at year zero. She teaches Romanian Language, Math, Art, History, Science, Music and Civic Education.
She has two wonderful adult children. She loves to travel all over the world. She likes to read, dance and plant flowers. She collaborates with teachers from all over the world, from Japan, Argentina, Italy, Spain, Russia, Pakistan, Jordan, India, Serbia, Turkey. She is the coordinator of E twinning project THE WOULD BE RESEARCHER STEAM.
She believes that the good things come to people who wait, but better things come to those who go out and get them.
She has discovered through Microsoft Education a network of learning ability through technology in the classrooms by participating in numerous courses, meetings and online trainings.
