Join Shredward and his brothers D.P. Dong and Dai-Go as they embark on yet another cycling adventure -- this time biking across the iconic and world-famous Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco, California! The Golden Gate Bridge was originally designed by engineer Joseph Strauss in 1917, and was declared one of the Wonders of the Modern World. At the time of its opening in 1937, it was both the longest and the tallest suspension bridge in the world, with a span of 4,200 ft (1,280 m), and a total height of 746 ft (227 m). From the bridge, we descend east toward Golden Gate Beach, Crissy Field Beach, toward the Marina District, past Ghirardelli Square, and end up at Fisherman's Wharf.
