Timelapse (Full route visual) of the 280 bus route (Linea 280) in Rome (Roma), running from Mancini to Partigiani (FS) via Foro Italico, Piazza Mazzini, Piazza Cavour, Castel Sant'Angelo and Lungotevere Sanzio. Again, like many bus routes in Rome, this route is run by ATAC.

My opinion: 9/10. If you want to do a sightseeing of the city of Rome without having to pay an extra ticket for the open topper buses, then this route is the perfect one for you. I love the fact that this route mostly runs alongside the Tiber river, and via one of Rome's main tourist attractions (such as Borgo Sant'Angelo). Best of all, you get to see Vatican City's St Peter's Square, thanks to a short section on Via della Conciliazione!
