The chance was there to fully discharge the battery. So I did!
I wanted to check how the battery performs at the very low end after our full top balance calibration 2 weeks ago. How much capacity do I get out of the battery? I have not balanced the pack since the calibration, no BMS balancing, no active balancer, nothing, just the usual charge and discharge cycle during daily usage.

The result is more than satisfying. Over 90% DoD (depth of discharge) is very good and probably all I would expect from a 16s battery pack anyway. Why would you try to optimise that with active balancing or other methods to squeeze even more energy out? If you're that tight in capacity, get a bigger or second battery.
