My walls needed some art so obviously I need to get some charcoal and recreate some stone age cave paintings. These are copies of what was discovered in the Chauvet Cave in France which date back some 30,000 years to the height of the last ice age. They are perfect examples of prehistoric art and culture and can even tell us a lot about the animals of Europe at the time. I really did feel connected with that distant artist in trying to recreate their stone age art work.
