It’s estimated that 70-80% of disabilities are non-apparent, or not immediately visible. Despite this, representation of non-apparent disabilities is near non-existent, leaving a staggering amount of people with these conditions to have to defend their own identities; as Dr Amy Kavanagh shares with us.
