This must try new brunch cafe in Darlinghurst Sydney has one of the MOST COLOURFUL brunch menus I've EVER seen!
The café had an amazing selection of dishes, ranging from savoury to sweet and a great outdoor area perfect for those cruisy weekend brunches
Their French Toast and Pancakes with butterscotch were definitely my favorites – the presentation alone was worth it! If you're looking for something savory, I recommend trying out their Crab Scrambled Eggs or Corn Fritters.
Apart from the delicious food, the café also offers some really unique drinks like Color-Changing Butterfly Pea Flower Lemonade. And if that wasn't enough, you can even get your hot drinks served in edible cups which are actually quite tasty!
