This is how I use Make.com to extract receipts from my email inbox.

You can take a picture of any receipt and send it to your email inbox, and the automation will take care of the rest. Just remember to add "Receipt" or "Invoice" in the subject line.
I use AiTable for storing the data, and Google Vision to extract the data from PDFs and images.
You can of course use Airtable, Google Sheets, or whatever you fancy 😉
