In South Africa it is an honourable tradition to hunt your first Springbok. Recently our boys had the opportunity to hunt their very first Springbok and we used some of the meat right there on the farm to share with family & friends. We made this beautiful Cherry Wood smoked carpaccio with the Springbok fillet and it was a winner!
