It's 2020 now and as I look back on my 6+ year back pain recovery path I made a lot of mistakes. The kicker is the back pain relief mistakes I made were not due to bad medical coverage or a lack of money.
Nope.
These mistakes are made by people like you and me every single day. It's these exact mistakes that keep people on years of chronic pain cycles with no hope in sight.
80% of Americans will suffer from low back pain in their life. Unfortunately, when that time comes they aren't going to have the best resources to search for back pain relief strategies.
