Today we are taking a look under the hood at one of the new starter decks for the 2024 rotation. This time we have a Red and White (Boros) deck that wants to leverage the discover mechanic for value. Lets see what we can do to take this deck from a pile of parts and change it into a cohesive deck without sacrificing its original gameplan.

All starter deck upgrades will be limited to 15 or fewer rares and mythics in construction.
