Bosnian Serb military commander, Gen. Ratko Mladic oversaw the evacuation of moslem refugees out of Zepa on Wednesday (26/7)
More than 50 exhausted muslim refugees from Zepa arrived in Sarajevo on Thursday (27/7). The group, consisting of the elderly, women and children and the injured, were brought out of the fallen UN-designated "safe area" by UN convoy. They arrived at the city's Kosevo hospital after an arduous journey through Bosnian Serb-held territory. Eight of the refugees were seriously injured.
