In this live talk recording, Jonathan Horwitz and Zara Waldebäck talk about their experiences of working with the Spirits and why they consider it a spiritual practice rather than a set of techniques.
Shamanism is humanity's oldest spiritual practice, a tradition for healing and problem solving. It is a way of maintaining balance and harmony in the individual, and between the individual and the rest of Creation.
The talk touches on why it is more important for most people to consider living a shamanic life than to be a shaman, and how developing a respectful and deep relationship with the Spirits is the foundation of all shamanic work.
It also mentions how to look beyond the physical, with traditional methods of singing, dancing, and drumming, used to shift to shamanic consciousness. They also offer suggestions for journey missions to help in different situations.
It is possible for all humans to learn to open to the invisible power that is naturally available and find out how to live a more connected, aware and soulful life.
