If your brake calipers are faded, you may not need to completely repaint them. Often times, the clear coat is just faded. Here are the step-by-step instructions I used to restore the brake calipers on my Porsche Cayenne; product links also included.
Step 0: Lift car and remove wheel
--ESCO flat top jack stand (best): [ Ссылка ]
--Pittsburgh floor jack: [ Ссылка ]
--Digital 1/2" drive torque wrench: [ Ссылка ]
Step 1: Clean wheel with all-purpose cleaner
--Chemical Guys All Clean: [ Ссылка ]
Step 2: Touch up paint imperfections with matching brake caliper paint
--VHT red brake caliper paint: [ Ссылка ]
--Micro touch up brushes: [ Ссылка ]
Step 3: Mask brake rotor and surrounding components
--Blue painter's tape: [ Ссылка ]
Step 4: Spray 3 layers of clear coat (1 light, 2 medium) and wait 10 minutes between coats
