In this film Professor Nick Fox, a current professor at UCL and one of our past research fellows, discusses what an exciting time it is to enter into a career in dementia research, due to increased funding and interest in the field. Being funded by Alzheimer's Society allows researchers to work with people affected by dementia to make sure their research will make the most difference to their lives.
Alzheimer's Society is dedicated to defeating dementia through research. We fund research into the cause, cure, care and prevention of dementia, including Alzheimer's disease, to improve treatment for people today, and search for a cure for tomorrow
Alzheimer's Society invites applications for funding for research into the cause, cure, care or prevention of dementia. Funding is available for Project, Fellowship, PhD studentship and Dissemination grants. We also welcome partnership invitations.
