[ Ссылка ] -- Darin went out with a buddy, had a few too many drinks and was busted for a second OUI offense in Massachusetts. Trouble was, he had just landed a new job, which required a license. His wife was also four months pregnant.
As a second offender in Massachusetts. Darin was looking at possible jail, a five-year license loss, thousands of dollars in fines and fees, and a mandatory two-week inpatient alcohol program. He also faced the installation of a breathalyzer in his car, which costs over $1,500 a year.
After speaking just once with MA OUI Attorney Joseph Waldbaum, Darin hired him. At Westborough District Court, the officer testified that Darin failed the field sobriety tests. Yet Joe convinced the judge otherwise and Darin was acquitted.
Darin is now driving again, and he kept his job.
The OUI defense firm of Waldbaum & Dunn is dedicated to helping people in trouble.
