Mayor Bowser, police chief address community on public safety after death of 1-year-old in SE DC
A 1-year-old boy was shot and killed late Wednesday evening in Southeast D.C. near the Prince George's County, Maryland border, according to the Metropolitan Police Department (D.C. Police).
The shooting was in the area of 57th Street and Southern Avenue, Southeast, around 10 p.m.
