Two young boys from mainland China climb aboard a makeshift raft and head out to explore the big wide world, They end up getting shipwrecked on a deserted beach in Taiwan. he boys find refuge in a holiday camp for kids where they befriend a Japanese girl, Nishio and an american lad.
The four kids strike up a close friendship and become the action gang. Nisho's father is a world renowned chemist and his expertise has caught the eye of a Triad boss who wants him to manufacture drugs for him. The Triad boss sends his men to the camp to kidnap Nishio in an effort to force her father to join them. The kung fu kids immediately spring into action and attack the Triad Boss's headquarters and in a fist filled action packed frenzy of martial arts.
