Julia Vaughan Smith in conversation with Jevon Dangeli.
Topics covered:
• What is trauma and how does it show up in everyday life, at work, and in coaching sessions?
• What is the interplay between personal, systemic, collective, and intergenerational trauma?
• What does the pervasiveness of trauma today mean for leaders and coaches personally, their responsiveness to systemic trauma symptoms, and the cultural blindness that is embedded in collective trauma?
• How can leaders and coaches respond to trauma symptoms in ways that foster healing and integration, and what some of the possible challenges?
... and other great questions from the large group of coaches and psychologists who participated in this exploration.
