I visited the Philippine Tarsier Sanctuary for the first time. I joined a group tour, it's cheaper because everyone will pay php 400 only for 8 destinations already. Maraming mararating ang 2000 pesos may hostel accomodation ka na, group tour and food. That's for 1 day tour. It begins at 8am and ends at 6pm. The van will drop you off where they picked you up.
