This year, the Connecticut State Department of Education has implemented a new IEP form and data collection system. Gerri Fleming, a special education advocate, and Sharon Golder, a special educator, will discuss CT’s Common Core standards and explain how to use them to create specific, measurable, achievable, relevant and time-bound (SMART) goals and objectives for your children’s IEPs.
