The Bike Insurer has teamed up with Steve Parrish to create this brilliant video onboard the 2015 Yamaha YZF-R1 at Silverstone.

While Steve Parrish does the riding, you get to watch and live the race, thanks to some exciting footage that takes you as close to the tarmac as you're ever likely to get.

As well as the dynamic onboard footage, Steve Parrish also provides the commentary, talking you through the corners and speeds he hits on his hot lap.

In addition, a track circuit - revealing exactly where Steve is up to at Silverstone - sits at the bottom of the screen with a speedometer also on hand to show exactly how fast (and in what gear) the likes of Valentino Rossi and Marc Marquez will ride in the British MotoGP.
