Hadith;-
Kalid-Ibn Mahdan reports that Prophet Muhammed (Sal) never goes to bed without reciting such Sooras as ''Soora Al Jumua, Al Hashr and Al Hadeed'' According to the Prophet. each verse in them is equal to thousand verses.
