Southern B.C. floodwaters are receding in Grand Forks neighbourhoods, but the relief is not expected to last long. Water levels may be on the rise again as early as tomorrow. so the focus is on preparing for the second wave. Flood waters have already forced nearly 2,800 people from their homes in Grand Forks.
