Vegan Camembert
Recipe:
Ingredients
2 cups cashews soaked in water overnight
pinch of salt
3 probiotics capsules
1/4 TSP cheese culture penicillium candidum (I bought it on amazon)
Mix all ingredients in blender. Use a wet cheesecloth and a cheese mold to place the mixture. Leave outside for a day, Use a spoon to level the cheese and place on a cheese paper or parchment paper. Cover and leave outside for a day. Flip and leave outside covered for another day. Place in a fridge and keep wiping the cheese paper every other day. After a few days the mold should form on top of the cheese.
