Mazda has revealed the all new Mazda CX-90, the biggest and most powerful Mazda SUV ever produced.

The new Mazda CX-90 is powered by a 3.3-liter, turbocharged mild-hybrid inline-six-cylinder engine, that makes 345hp and 500 Nm of torque. The power is sent to all four wheels via an 8-speed automatic transmission.

The plug-in hybrid powertrain, meanwhile, is based on a 2.5-liter inline-four-cylinder engine, that has a tuned intake to improve peak torque.

It has been adapted to work with an electric motor, whose power is supplied by a 17.8 kWh battery.

This powertrain will make 327hp and 500 Nm of torque. It will also be connected to Mazda’s eight-speed automatic transmission.

Inside, it comes with a digital instrument cluster, a 12.3 inch multimedia touchscreen, head-up display and USB ports for all passengers.

Pricing is expected to start from $40,000.
