Filling in for a local shuttle for 2 cold and snow days will really make you want some comfort food. My go to comfort food is Pho noodle soup. I just happen to know of a awesome local Thai restaurant that serves my favorite bowl of Pho noodle soup and I definitely did not miss the opportunity to get some during my trip. I also brought some friends along.
