A present, full and final settlement (F&F) of salary and dues is done after 45 - 60 days from last working day, and in some cases, it goes up to 90 days.
As per the new wage code, a company will have to pay F&F within 2 days of last working day.
It is applicable in case of Resignation, Removal, Dismissal, Retrenchment.
