2½ cups all purpose flour
1½ tsp yeast
1 tbsp sugar
½ tsp salt
1 tbsp olive oil
1 cup warm water
TOPPING:
50g crushed tomatoes
150g mozzarella cheese
50g salami
1 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp salt
½ tsp mixed spices
1 tsp oregano
ZUTATEN:
300 g Mehl
1½ TL Hefe ( trocken)
1 EL Zucker
½ TL Salz
1 EL Olivenöl
1 Tasse warmes Wasser
BELAG:
50 g zerkleinerte Tomaten
150 g Mozzarella Käse
50 g Salami
1 EL Olivenöl
½ TL Salz
½ TL gemischte Gewürze
1 TL Oregano
