Here's a link to all of my Osteoporosis videos [ Ссылка ] Low BONE DENSITY in Teenagers & Menopausal Women. As parents, we must talk to our young kids about bone health. Children between the ages of about 11-19 have the capacity to build strong bones that will need to last them a lifetime. We need to lead by example by exercising daily, making the right food choices, and encouraging our kids to do the same. They need to build up their "bone bank" so they have strong bones for life! We reach our bone mass density at about 25-30 years old and then lose density. Women are at a much greater risk of osteoporosis due to hormonal changes at menopause. Women can lose up to 30% of their bone mass density within the first few years after menopause. High-intensity, weight-bearing exercises are a MUST to help protect your bones from frailty at an older age. Watch the video to learn more!
