Food Poisoning Rights
When you have food poisoning from food purchased in a supermarket what can you do about it? Can you sue the supermarket?
You can sue the supermarket but you have to be able to prove that the food you got at the supermarket was the reason you got the food poisoning. Often times that is pretty difficult to do.
You should contact an attorney and if they can make some connection such as a number of similar complaints against the same store and the food item purchased there maybe you can prove it that way.
You have to prove that what you digested is the cause of your illness so you should contact an attorney.
