Hi everyone, here we are again with a brand new Video Recipe Demo. For today's recipe I have prepared for you is my all time favourite Bibingkang Malagkit na Bigas Or Bibingkang Galapong.
Bibingkang malagkit is a moist version of bibingka, typically served sliced into square blocks. It commonly also includes slices of ripe jackfruit (langka) and topped with latik (coconut caramel) and grated coconut. It is very similar to biko, except that it is baked and uses galapong instead of whole grain.

Ingredients:
* 500g Glutinous Rice
* 500ml Cold Water
* 1 teaspoon Salt
* 400ml Coconut Milk(Pangalawang Piga)
* 200g White Sugar
Toppings:
* 200g Dark Brown Sugar
* 200ml Coconut Cream(Kakang Gata)
* 200ml Coconut Milk(Pangalawang Piga)
I used a 10x10 inch square baking tray(1.5 inch deep) and Banana leaves but you can use any type of greaseproof paper instead of banana leaves
