In this News Conference from Toronto Police Headquarters, D/Sgt. Paul Krawczyk of the Toronto Police Sex Crimes Unit updates the media in relation to a sexual assault investigation that occurred in Roding Park in the area of Keele Street and Wilson Avenue.
It is reported that on Tuesday, March 8, 2016, at approximately 12 p.m., a 50-year-old woman was in Roding Park, in the Keele Street and Wilson Avenue area.
A man approached the woman from behind, forced her to the ground, and sexually assaulted her. The man then fled, and was last seen heading towards Wilson Avenue.
An updated description of the man is now available. He is described as Asian with a grey complexion, 18-25 years of age, 5'5" – 5'8", with a thin build, skin irritation on the bottom portion of his face, and flat nose, thin lips, and small, beady eyes. He was wearing a grey, long-sleeved top, baggy pants, and a white hat.
A composite sketch is now released.
