Dramatic footage has been released of a 73-year-old woman, from Chesterfield, Derbyshire, trying to punch a thief (pictured). Police have not yet caught the man but are appealing for information. The video shows the thief wearing a baseball hat and a tracksuit entering the victim's bungalow as the woman struggles to make her way to a chair with her zimmer frame. The victim, who has not been identified, stumbles as she tries to catch the man who flees with her valuables. The footage of the distraction theft was captured on a secret camera installed in the elderly woman's home.
