4 tbsp of vegetable oil
salt and pepper to taste
Sauce:
250 gr of cherry tomatoes
1 large tomato
1 1/2 onion
6 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp of tomato paste
1/2 cup of water or stock
5 tbsp of olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Cook at medium heat and the last 10 minutes let it cook at low heat, always moving the sauce.
