Hello vegan food explorers! Today we are going to be reviewing the Birdseye green cuisine chicken dippers and these are really exciting because when I was younger my absolute favourite meal was either a Birdseye southern fried fillets or Birdseye chicken dippers.

So when I heard green cuisine were launching a big pack of vegan chicken dippers I was so excited and I could not have been more impressed. The look is amazing, they just look like the non-vegan version: exactly the same size shape colour look great. Then the flavour is off the scale, the batter is crispy, it’s really thick as well and it’s got a sweetness to it but there is also a real depth of flavour too.

But the masterpiece really has to be the vegan chicken which is soft and tender but then it has that infamous chewability of a chicken dipper and it goes absolutely perfectly with sauces or because it has a little bit of sunflower oil in it is really really juicy just on its own.

And the absolute best thing I hear you ask is the price so at the moment on offer in Sainsbury’s for a pack of these 22 amazing vegan dippers it is just £2 that is less than 10p a deeper which in my mind is an absolute bargain.

These are frozen which gives them a bit of a competitive edge of making them a little bit cheaper however surely this has to be a sign of vegan brand is coming down in price as they reach mass adoption that’s what my I think anyway and I can’t wait to see the rest of the vegan brand also make their prices even more competitive.
