Ingredients
Sugar - 6 tbspn (90 gms)
Water - 1 /3 cup (80 ml)
Tips
1. Use heavy bottom stainless Steel pan
(Do not use nonstick pans)
2. Dissolve the Sugar before switching the flame on.
3. Do not use spatula or spoons for stirring. This will crystallise the sugar.
4. Do not Stir the sugar during the whole process.
Only swirl the pan.
