This video demonstrates the Mastel PHD II and a Jarvi Doubler style guide ring used to place a 60 degree Peripheral Corneal Relaxing Incision (PCRI) combined with two paracenteses. The PHD II used in this case features the popular Fine Triamond Diamond set at 600 microns and full extension respectively. Notice how the footplate is inverted for side port incisions.
