Renaissance of Humanity, Episode 8: Ms. Lakshmi Gopalaswamy
Ms. Lakshmi Gopalaswamy shares the Untold Benefits of Bharatanatyam and much more in an interview with the World Consciousness Alliance
“When I go and watch a performance of a classical dancer, what is interesting is not just what they dance, also how they dance. I may not remember the actions of every item. I may not remember exactly what they portrayed. I take back a vibration. If it lingers within myself, it means that there is something powerful and beautiful from within the dancer that is coming out. I feel if you do not have that quality of Ahimsa (non-violence) inside you, it’s not possible to give that effect.”
