Canton Fair Registration Upgraded! How to Quickly Obtain Your Buyer Badge?
The registration process for the 136th Canton Fair has been fully upgraded. Overseas buyers can register and apply for buyer badges through the Canton Fair official website’s Buyer Service System (buyer.cantonfair.org.cn). Buyers who have attended previous Canton Fairs can directly use their old buyer badges to enter the venue without the need to register or activate again. For new buyers, the registration and badge application process is as follows:
Visit buyer.cantonfair.org.cn and select "Overseas buyer registration."
Set up an account and password.
Choose "I don't have a buyer badge" in the registration options.
Fill in the required information to complete the registration.
Once registered, you can begin the badge application process as follows:
Log into the system, with options to log in via password, email, or SMS verification code.
Go to the left-side menu and select "Canton Fair Badge" - "Overseas Buyer Badge" to access the application page.
Click "Apply for Badge" at the top right to start the application process.
If it’s your first time attending the Canton Fair, you will need to create company information.
Complete the company details. The account creator will automatically become the company account administrator.
Provide personal information, upload ID documents, and a personal photo. Once the application is complete, you can collect your badge at the buyer registration desk with your ID and the approved QR code.
