For today's #LeadingLights our CEO Ann Francke OBE will be joined by Deanna Oppenheimer.

Deanna is the Founder of BoardReady.io, a non-profit that accelerates the diversification of governing Boards. She serves as Chair of Hargreaves Lansdown, a FTSE-100 financial services company in the UK, and was previously a CEO of Barclays Bank, UK and Western Europe. Effective September 2022 Deanna will join InterContinental Hotels Group PLC as chair.

Ann and Deanna will discuss the responsibilites of organisations, managers and leaders to address discrimination in the workplace. They will also explore the management challenges that exist within business growth and transformation.
