Filetes de Peixe - Filet of Sole

Ingredients
4 Filets of Sole (I used 4 large filets - Cut them in half for 8 portions)
3 large eggs
1 1/2 cups of yellow corn flour
Salt & Pepper for seasoning
Olive oil to fry (I used extra virgin olive oil)
Slices of lemon for garnish
