Unboiled beers are unusual enough. Unboiled sours are something very special.

Finnish craft brewery CoolHead Brewing are known in Finland 🇫🇮 for their unboiled sours, produced in a process inspired by the local farmhouse beer called Sahti. They have a truly fascinating process with their house bacteria, and mix of yeasts such as kveik.

Having had just 2 of these sours I can say they are amazing! They can easily be called real ale craft beers.
