Kannur: Keezhattoor Vayalkili leader Suresh’s house was attacked by miscreants this morning. Stones were pelted at his house and the window panes were broken.The attack happened at midnight at about 1.45. Miscreants reached the place in two motorbikes and pelted stones, said Suresh. The glass windows on the first and ground floor were destroyed. On getting information, police reached the place in the night and have begun investigation. Vayalkili is gearing up for a bigger stir on Sunday and stage a march towards Keezhattoor.The march will be held by calling all activists from all area committees in Taliparamba.The CPM plans to conduct a `mass protest march’ under the banner `Protect the village’ on Saturday to Keezhattoor.
