Milling radii with a rotary table is simple: Just turn the table and you’re done, yes? Well, that’s actually the last and indeed easy part. First you need to somehow center your workpiece on the table. And then you need a way to clamp it down too.
In this video we turn three different mandrels for centering and build four different clamping jigs. Hopefully all that work will enable us in the next few videos to successfully mill five different types of radii, including a circular O-ring grove.
