BB has taken my money on all of my household items. I have been a loyal customer :-( . They have given me the same rundown excuses on my dishwasher about a year ago. The same two third party companies came to evaluate it and I got the same speech from BB. I accepted it then. When the washer got the same determination. I realized this is a scam!
The repairman determined the washer had a normal life that it was used to wash clothes. He told me that there was no indication of misuse. He also told me that he is never asked whether an appliance is misused or not. So my conclusion is that BB determines if it's going to cost them more than a service call it must be deemed misuse!
