What is the difference between a Brazilian Butt Lift and Butt Implants?
Butt implants are made of silicone, very similar to breast implants. Very often they're a firmer less malleable form than breast implants. You have to make an incision, an actual cut to get them in. With a Brazilian Butt Lift you make a small hole, which in Hawaii we call a puka. You make a small puka and inject the fat onto either side. So one, there's a cut, two there is silicone implanted and three the complication rate from Brazilian Butt Lifts is to my knowledge, almost nothing. On the other hand the silicone implants in the butt, when I last read the data it was up to 25 percent complication rate.
What are the risks with a Brazilian Butt Lift?
The major complication is that you might lose some or most of the fat, depending on which process, where it was put, the health of the individual, the skill of the surgeon. Things of this nature. The minor complications are skin infection, not really much more. It's not the kind of thing that lends itself to any significant dangers.
