The video shows a 500kg/h waste PP jumbo bag washing line, it includes the following machines:
1, single shaft shredder: for coarse crushing of the large jumbo bags, woven bags.
2, heavy crusher: for fine crushing of the shredded pp jumbo bags, and get the smaller pieces of the bag for good washing.
Between the shredder and crusher, belt conveyor is used for connection.
3, friction washer: a screw friction washer is used, it can do the friction washing and material conveying at the same time.
4, washing tanks: in this plastic waste washing line, two washing tanks are used for cleaning the crushed jumbo bags well, and screw loader is used for connection of the two washing tanks.
5, 2nd friction washer: it’s mainly used for remove the moisture as much as possible by the high speed rotation processing, and convey the washed jumbo bag pieces materials to next machine.
6, storage tank: for this washing line, a big rectangle tank is made for storage the clean materials. Rubber belt conveyor is set at the bottom of the storage tank for easy transporting the jumbo bag materials to other machines or package bags.
7, centralized control cabinet: all machines of this plastic waste washing line can be controlled on the cabinet.
For waste jumbo bag recycling, besides the machines of plastic waste washing line, we can also provide the pelletizer machines to make final pellets from the clean jumbo bag materials.
