In this video we gonna show you how to prepare Dried Fish Thokku or Brinjal Dry-Fish Curry, In our family our mum cooks this recipe often and we all have loved it...So we would like to bring this recipe from our kitchen to yours!!!
This is a very simple yet delicious side dish which compliments for White Rice, Lemon Rice or Tamrind Rice. The tangy and spicy masala of Pepper Corns, Garlic pods, Cumin Seeds along with Dry fish and Brinjal tastes amazing.
💥In this recipe we used "Koduva Karuvaddu" and mainly this recipe should be made only with Boneless Dried Fish. You can use any BONELESS dried fish of your choice.
💥To prepare the paste:
Grind the pepper corns, garlic pods, jeera/cumin seeds along with grind coconut and some quantity of water (to yield a smooth paste).
🚩Prep time: 10 mins
🚩Cooking time: 20-30 mins
🚩Total time: 30-35 mins
