Minnesota legislators and community leaders unveil a bill authored by State Rep. Ilhan Omar (DFL – Minneapolis) and State Sen. Sandy Pappas (DFL – St. Paul) to eliminate the statute of limitations for criminal sexual conduct and sex trafficking.
Joining Rep. Omar and Sen. Pappas are leaders from the Minnesota Coalition Against Sexual Assault (MNCASA), the University of Minnesota Aurora Center, Reviving the Islamic Sisterhood for Empowerment (RISE), Break the Silence, and Jeff Anderson & Associates to discuss the bill.
